Our delivery charges are set out in accordance to the number of items purchased on an order and the delivery destination i.e. Receiving Country. The applicable delivery charge will be generated in My Shopping Cart when the Receiving Country and the items intended for purchase have been selected. The delivery charge will be added to the final payment before you proceed to check out.
Note: Two shipping addresses are allowed on a single order. Separate shipping charges apply to the second address.

TRACKING YOUR ORDER
We track all orders from the moment they leave our stores until the point they arrive at the delivery location. Throughout this process, you will be able to view the progress of your shipment by logging on to My Sitrah Account. In addition to tracking on My Sitrah Account, we will also e-mail you updates on your shipment.
In the unlikely event your shipment does not arrive within the specified time, please contact our Customer Service desk and we will appoint a customer service officer to assist you in tracking your shipment and ensuring speedy recovery.
CUSTOMS AND IMPORT DUTIES (International Shipping only)
Items ordered may be further subject to duties and/or taxes upon reaching the Receiving Country including goods and services tax (“GST”), value added tax (“VAT”) and/or other duties or taxes by any name.
Sitrah ships your orders to you duties and taxes unpaid (“DDU”) and does not collect any duties or taxes, by any name. Sitrah cannot predict what any such duties or taxes may be and will not be responsible for any such duties or taxes that may be imposed on you or the Receiving Party, in the Receiving Country. You are encouraged to contact the Receiving Country’s customs office directly to obtain more information regarding the Receiving Country’s custom policies.
If you do incur any such charges, they must be rendered in order for your package to clear customs.
GLOSSARY OF TERMS
Working Day means a calendar day other than Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays gazetted in the Republic of Singapore or Malaysia.
Receiving Party means the party the shipment is addressed to which may or may not be the same as the purchaser.
Receiving Country means the country the items are meant to be shipped to.
