We pride ourselves in serving our customers well and have prepared this Returns Policy as part of our efforts to keep you, our valued customer, contented in your dealings with us.
If you wish to return a product to us, notify us by submitting a return on the Returns Page of your My Sitrah Account, within 7 days of receiving the product. Immediately thereafter, arrange with a delivery/freight/shipping company in your vicinity to have the product returned to us.
Please note and observe the following applicable conditions:
- The Returns Policy is applicable only to standard non-offer priced clothing – the term “product”, including the term its plural form, in this Refunds Policy applies only to standard non-offer priced clothing. Items under the Accessories and Other Items sections as well as those tagged as Special Offer under the Menswear, Ladieswear and Kidswear sections are strictly non-returnable.
- Products must be returned in original condition and packaging – all tags including hang tags must still be attached to the products. Washed, worn or altered products are not eligible for return.
- Products NOT received within 21 days of your return submission will NOT be processede. within 21 days of submitting a return on the Returns Page of your My Sitrah Account.
- Sitrah will not be responsible for returned products that are have been delayed or lost in post. For this reason, we highly recommend that you use a known reliable delivery/freight/shipping company with traceable delivery service.
- Postage for returning products to us will be borne by you.
- The original shipping and handling charges paid are non-refundable.
- In exercising your right to return products to us, you may choose to either refund or exchange the products.
- You will be notified via e-mail and your My Sitrah Account will be updated upon successful refund or exchange.
- Exchanges are only allowed for same product in a different size or with another same value product.
- Postage for returning and exchanging products with us will be borne by you, including shipping the exchanged product back to you.
- We will despatch the new product selected after we have inspected the returned products and are satisfied that the products have indeed been returned to us in the same condition they were sent to you. No further exchange of this new product is allowed.
- We will issue a credit only after we have inspected the returned products and are satisfied that the products have indeed been returned to us in the same condition they were sent to you.
- Refunds for products returned to us within the stipulated time frames will be effected and credited back to you in the same form as the original payment type. Please note that the original shipping and handling charges paid are non-refundable.
- Please allow up to two billing cycles for a refund to appear on your credit card statement.
HOW TO RETURN
Go to the Returns Page on your My Sitrah Account – you will be able to view products purchased within the last 25 days on the Returns Page.
Select the products you wish to return – a Return Summary will be generated for your confirmation.
Print the Return Summary.
Pack the products you are returning, together with the Return Summary, in a waterproof packaging and send it to us, via a prepaid, insured and traceable method to ensure a safe and documented delivery.
